经过最后请示LPDR和单位领导及与前期队员商榷后确定如下：

【前期准备】本人8月9日从深圳火车(卧铺)－－北京昌平

【集合时间】8月16～17日队员到北京集合
【北京住宿】住在昌平鄙人家中(免费)

【正式出发】8月20日早上国家体育馆（鸟巢）出发
【骑行过程】12天快乐骑行全程107国道＋部分106国道
【抵达终点】8月31日（星期天）下午5点左右抵达深圳

【骑行强度】中，每天平均220KM，
【车辆及人数】山地车＋长途把 3～4人
【骑行时间】12天
【骑行方式】尽量避免烈日骑行＋少量夜骑

【保险】必须购买意外伤害保险，安全第一、快乐骑行
【费用】预计1600元 (包括前往北京卧铺车票)

【HDV】全程记录(本人负责)
【数码单反】其他队员负责

【人数】3～4人
目前还有1～2个参与名额，熟悉车友确定后，可以电话联系本人。
